Description :
Understanding of BMC administration: monthly TKU (Technology Knowledge Updates), manage infrastructure issues, system and OS upgrades, LDAP/Active Directory Authentication, SSL Certificate Deployment. Tideway CLI commands knowledge.
Experience with Application Modelling using SAAM.
Fault finding: no access faults and diagnose credential issues, security access, Performance tuning.
Worked in a large corporate environment and understand the integration of BMC ADDM with other tools.
