4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, support & development
Experience in implementing CRM solutions with knowledge of salesforce platform/sales cloud/service cloud implementation
Good understanding of lifecycle of development including salesforce deployments
Experience in incident management and worked with service now/remedy force ticketing tools
Production support of salesforce
Resolve salesforce issues tickets and actively participate in outage bridge meetings
