Good Hands on Technical back ground on creating powerful queries, Apex Classes, Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Workflow, and Approvals.
Need to have good experience on SFDC Admin in creating Objects, Apps, tabs, fields, Users, Profiles, Roles, Approval, Reports and Dashboards
Solid experience in Salesforce Administration and Business analysis.
Data management, enhancement, optimization and user support of Salesforcecom
Salesforce Certified Admin and App Builder.
Single point of contact with the business for all Salesforce tasks and enhancements.
Salesforce SME for entire business.
Experience in email automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce marketing cloud.
Good understanding of Sales and marketing function and strategies.
Results-oriented, resourceful and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and effective communication skills with stakeholders and project teams.
Well versed with SDLC processes and Scrum practices.
