Experience working on user-centric design and development initiatives
Experience working in an Agile working environment, with an understanding of the Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Experience in operating effectively within a small multi-disciplinary team of business analysts, developers, testers, user experience professionals and architects using excellent verbal and written communications skills combined with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The ability to assume the role of custodian of product requirements, facilitating and maintaining whole of team efforts to build and maintain multiple product backlogs.
The ability to coordinate and facilitate team workshops and meetings for the purposes of requirements elicitation and decomposition.
Experience in or demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft SharePoint (desirable).
