Knowledge of service management processes
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a delivery leadership role
Proven people leadership experience with ability to lead and inspire a team of technology professionals in an onshore/offshore model
Strong knowledge of Service Management Processes and associated qualifications
Proficient communication, presentation, working with external parties and managing internal and external resources when required
Demonstrated ability to perform within a complex and rapidly changing environment
Understanding of data centre infrastructure design & architecture principles
Understanding of Network infrastructure design & architecture principles
Experience and knowledge of Digital technologies
