Team Management – Work in close collaboration with IT teams, divisions and operating entities to contribute to strategic planning and decision making.
Service Improvement – Continually review the security model and provide design and solutions in alignment with SAP Best Practice and audit compliance when required. Provide expertise and advice regarding SAP Security and Identity Management within Frasers Property Australia.
SAP Security Compliance – Manage Segregation of Duties issues and role remediation and ensuring Segregation-of-Duties (SOD) are in place when access is assigned. Ensure that the relevant SOD risks to business are defined, and compliance with these rules is embedded into the approval and user provisioning processes. Ensure access risk monitoring is in place and been managed and reported.
Capability development – Contributes towards the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance with internal security controls, SAP Best Practice, applicable laws and regulations. Develops and reviews operational processes for new business initiatives or SAP components involving security administration and monitoring and the impact of those changes on access risks.
Team – Work effectively as part of a strong, engaged and capable team that develops a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements, their process and information needs.
