3 – 7 years' experience managing projects within the IT/Financial Services sectors
Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering or other aligned discipline
Experience in Handling Migration projects
Experience in Handling Loyalty or Rewards projects
Project Management:
Manage multiple complex and business critical projects;
Define project requirements through accurately establishing customer expectations and analysing stakeholders' interests;
Monitoring and progressing project deliverables ensuring targets, timelines, controls and quality parameters are met
Achieving consensus through negotiation and conflict resolution
Analyse tasks and develop an accurate schedule to fulfil Project deliverables
Monitor, review and report Project quality and deliverables
Planning and organising meetings
Good communication Skills and experience in handling customer
Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate project risk
Manage and deliver multiple business critical projects successfully
Customer, business and IT stakeholder relationship management
Proficient project status reporting, risks and issues management, resource management, scope and change management, and exceptional stakeholder management
Demonstrated success in directly managing large, complex projects
Proven track record in successfully delivering Software / Product development projects
Demonstrated success in managing the relationship with the client, vendors, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders
Works autonomously and proactively
Demonstrated capability in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
