Identity & Access Management Operations and Admin support
Understanding and hands on experience with User access management (IDAM)
Role based user access management with privileges and policies
Connectors development and testing for application on boarding
Application on boarding and testing from User access management perspective
Active directory federation services experience would be an added advantage
Reconciliation and audit experience are essential
Resolving escalated Problem Tickets from corporate teams
Troubleshoot issues with product configuration or custom code if any
Interfacing with IAM product vendors for product level problem resolution (e.g. Avatier)
Work with stakeholders to define and implement security process and procedure align with IT Security standards and policy set by Client
Provide Coordination support for Clients IAM Transformation Projects & Programs
Provide oversight and leadership of the IAM team. Manage and develop staff, set goals and priorities, resolve conflicting direction and serve as subject matter expert for the team on a day to day basis.
Administer, operate, manage, execute and govern the Identity & Access Management (IAM) process and tools for Access, Recertification and Role Management in a global environment.
Ensure the IAM service remains compliant and secure, access request is controlled and that its customer's users are supported.
Deliver support during audits, including delivering requested evidence related to IAM related activities and their recertification.
Analyse, design, implement and plan maintenance activities for IAM changes as requested by the service owners.
Drive continuous service improvement in the IAM services including communication to our customers
Certification in any one of the IDAM tool product required.
