Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  1. Ability to understand and document a wide range of business processes; and to be able to identify organisation and digital improvement opportunities within these processes.
  2. Business Analysis skills around developing requirements and functional specifications
  3. A strong understanding of Business Analysis techniques
  4. Experience running workshops and facilitation of detailed reports

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform business analysis tasks for the organisations IT/Digital related projects by identifying needs and determining appropriate solutions ensuring improvements are not just focused on automation but larger scale process review
  2. Provide key activates involve in a digital transformation including Business Analysis, System Analysis and System integration works
  3. Accountable for system and process improvement resulting in organisational improvements through the use of digital technologies.
  4. Determining and implementing appropriate integrations between various business systems to support business process improvement
  5. Provide technical assistance with implementation of various projects within the Corporation that have IT/Digital components
  6. Consult with teams to ensure that the business requirements are complete
  7. Manage stakeholder expectations by Identify gaps in expectations and managing unseen issues
  8. Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, standards, corporation policy and procedures.
