Description : 
  1. Experience of 10+ years in Software industry
  2. Experience of at least 4+ yrs. of Agile project management experience
  3. Experience in using Jira and other Agile development tools
  4. Experienced in working with globally spread cross-functional and multicultural teams
  5. Able to do excellent demos/presentations
  6. Experience in managing onshore/offshore teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Understand fundamentals of iterative development
  8. Understand fundamentals of software development and processes
  9. Understand incremental deliveries and value of metrics
  10. Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition
  11. Familiar with common agile practices, service-oriented environments
  12. Certified Scrum Master is a plus Profile
