Substantial experience in the design, planning, estimation, development and delivery of business solutions using PeopleSoft People Tools, Oracle integration technologies (oracle service bus, oracle data integrator).
Substantial experience in the design, planning, estimation and delivery of integration of 3rd party solutions with PeopleSoft, including web service, and REST APIs.
Substantial experience in working with third party vendors in the coordination and implementation of technical solutions.
Experience with fluid and event mapping.
Excellent customer relationship skills including the proven ability to work collaboratively, and work with business and technical staff across both formal and functional boundaries.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills including proven ability to prepare reports and proposals for senior management.
Experience in developing, interpreting and applying policy, procedures and standards in an information technology environment.
Experience in leading and coordinating a team of developer to deliver solution outcomes.
