Having 11+ years of experience in IT industry.
Developing Test Plan and Test Summary report.
Worked as a Test Consultant to help the Business Analysts document the solutions and Solution Architects to design the solutions.
Manage all testing activities through SDLC and agile methodology.
Performed End to End testing including Functional, Integration, Web, System, Smoke, Regression, User Acceptance and Production Verification Testing
Extensively involved in training, directing and assisting to team members with test interpretation, setup, execution, and evaluation
Identifying product risks, highlighting the impact to the business stakeholders and provide necessary solutions to mitigate the risk.
Organize defect review meetings with Business Stakeholders. Worked with multiple defects tracking systems such as ET, JIRA and QC.
Experienced in End to End oracle stack with components like Siebel CRM, BRM, OSM, UIM, ASAP, AIA, ATG, BIP.
Worked with order management and have knowledge of E2E order journey
ISTQB Certified
Worked extensively on SQL Queries and prepared reconciliation reports.
Debugging skill with checking logs in AIA/OSM
Test Data setup in UIM
Involve in change management and approval board meeting on daily basis for CRs
Resource planning and forecast
Working on Automation scripts with selenium and QTP.
Performance testing using bulk orders.
Co-ordinate with external overseas venders for project delivery
