1. Self-driven & passionate BI & Data Analytics professional who can take loosely defined assignments and drive them to structured work
2. Must be proficient with design patterns and data workflows; strong familiarity with Big Data concepts, technologies and tools
3. Appreciation of Data, BI, Analytics & Enterprise Performance Management technology ecosystem and recommend the best solution option based on a customer’s landscape (deep understanding of data pipeline architecture, automation & data governance areas are a must)
4. Drive Innovation Lab initiative by leveraging existing tools along with next-generation technologies & areas – AI/ML, NLP, RPA & BOTs
5. Partner with DBAs, Solution Architects, IT, Business partners and Functional owners for input, and support
6. Document and create necessary presentations for demonstration

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 18+ years of Enterprise Level Big Data / BI & Analytics Experience along with Customer Facing experience
2. Experience in defining scalable ETL, Big Data and BI/Analytics architecture for a growing organization comprising of the following diverse tools & technologies – Netezza, DB2, Amazon Web Services, IBM CDC, Collibra, Python, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Tableau, R, SAS, Automation Anywhere etc.,
3. Ability to clearly define and articulate the data gaps, integration gaps and come up with a data strategy / model to resolve them
4. Ability to work with Senior IT & Business SMEs to get their consensus with, OOTB thinking/approach as needed including low-cost solution alternatives
